SENSITIVE ABSTRACTIONS

Die in Lyon lebende Musikerin und Gründerin des Labels „Polaar“ Flore Morfin ist seit mehr als
zehn Jahren eine einflussreiche und beachtete Figur in der Szene experimenteller elektronischer
Musik in Frankreich. Gemeinsam mit dem VJ Yannick Moréteau bringt sie beim diesjährigen DIVE
im Bochumer Planetarium „Sensitive Abstractions“ auf die Bühne und an die Kuppel.
In der audiovisuellen Performance geht es um die Beziehung zwischen Kunst und Mathematik.

Lyon based musician and Polaar label founder Flore Morfin has been an influential and
respected figure in the french experimental electronic music scene for over a decade.
Together with VJ Yannick Moréteau, she brings Sensitive Abstractions to the stage and dome
of Bochum Planetarium at this year’s DIVE. The audiovisual performance explores the
relationship between art and mathematics.
